  I see they have a lot of good reviews but my latest experience was bad, very bad. In all fairness, I have to say that my first contact with JW Surety was a pleasant . I spoke with Matt and he walked me to my first bond with ease. That was in 2014, fast forward to 2017 and they make mistake , they forget to send emails and try to make me pay for shipping of the new corrected bond, which is not an amount to break anybodies bank but it makes a statement of the character of a business or a person. I'm not bitter or anything similar, I believe that if they really care about their customers , this one star, this one star of shame, will do more good than bad!!
